Is it bad if my body "cracks"?

You need to see a therapist. You've asked this question over and over. Maybe you have an anxiety disorder.

What would you do?

Provided that you don't have any medical condition, you've been eating healthy foods and not a ton of fried foods and you exercise you are probably alright. Otherwise, start buying whole grains and hop on that treadmill!

If it runs in the family have a check up or go to the Drs just to put your mind at rest.

Besides drinking coffee, is there an easier way to wake up faster?

More than likely no, but if u continue to tell yourself that it will, then it just might. Are there heart problems in your family history? Have u talked to your doctor about it? If there were a problem Im sure the doctor would be able to diagnose it and treat it. If everything checks out and is fine, then I wouldn't worry about it. Just try to keep the thoughts of a heart attack out of your head. With time they should go away.

i love beans?

A heart attack is far more likely in men, and unless you have a heart condition, almost non-existent at your age. You're far more likely to be killed by a herd of angry camel.

Dying of thirst? Hmm. it's weird?

what are the variouse reasons of one die during sleep?

Do not stress you self out, be at peace with yourself, eat right, exercise some way, love yourself, your neighbors, and the rest of the world.
Don't worry, because worry and self induced stress may be just be the easiest way to have this happen.
19 years is no run on life, and if you do have simple heart problems, your body will heal itself.
and as a female, your chances are a lot less than mine, and I have endured 60 years.
Remember, there is nothing to fear, but fear itself.

this question is for guys only, what positions are the best?

Are you overweight? Do you eat a lot of high fat foods or foods loaded with trans fat? Do you never exercise? Does early heart disease run in the women on your mother's side?

I my suspicions the answer to all of these questions is no. Therefore, you have a mild case of paranoia that probably stems from something in your past. My grandmother died of cancer at a young age. Thusly, I worry daily about the dreaded C word. I'm afraid I won't get to live to be old and gray and watch my children and my grand children grow up. If these feelings are starting to affect your daily life, then you should talk to your doctor. He won't run any tests to ensure that you are healthy (that would be justifying your paranoia) but s/he can talk with you about why you have these feelings and help you to move past them. GL!

Burning pain in my neck that runs up into my head.?

Assuming you are an otherwise healthy girl, the odds are very much against a heart attack...at least for many years. Young adults rarely have heart attacks, and even more rarely in females. What you do now can impact your likelihood of having heart attack 30+ years from now. So instead of worrying, be proactive, eat right, exercise, and manage your stress. Those are the big contributors to heart disease. That includes quit worrying...or at least worry about something realistic...certainly NOT heart disease.

running slow in dreams?

Gee, to be 19 again.
This might sound a tad bit cruel, but if you're busy living out your life, you'll forget all about it.
It's those idle downtime moments where the mind begins to obsess and become maudlin.

What do the "live and active cultures" in yogurt do?

Relax, heart attack like every conditions has to have a cause. You are 19 yrs. old & I think, healthy, so it is unlikely that you will have a heart attack. Smoking and other vice habits are causes of heart problems so be careful of them...

Sounds more like anxiety than anything. Read this book: "The Feeling Good Handbook" by Dr. David Burns. It will tell you how to deal with it.

Does cracking bones do anything? yes? =D?

When I clicked on your avitar, your site reveals that you have asked this question repeatedly. it appears you are seriously looking for an answer, and have yet to find it. I hope I can help.

Your fear , although probably unrealistic, is not entirely unfounded. Recent autopsies of young people (including children) are revealing a remarkable increase in arterial plaque, which can cause death by restricting blood flow. Unfortunately, when one determines to avoid this problem, there is conflicting data everywhere you look. There are, however some hard facts that might help:

Aerobic exercise, where lots of air is moved in and out of the lungs, is great for a number of reasons, primarily because oxygen is the great healer. Nothing keeps those pipes clean like lots of O2. Swimming, jazzercise, and biking are preferrable to jogging, which tends to traumatize bones & joints.

Your body needs lots of fat, but you must choose wisely. (Our brain is 70% fat) Saturated fats (found in animal tissue) and hydrogenated vegetable oil (potato chips) are big no-nos. Stick to olive oil, nuts, fish oil, avocados, rich in omega-3 fatty acids to increase your good cholestorol and decrease the bad.

Be dilegent in your relationship with your doctor. Make sure he is aware of your concerns, and knows about any family history of cardiovascular problems. Sometimes we have to press in with a busy doc to make sure they are on top of our health situation.

Sugar is a killer. It does an enormous amount of damage to neurological tissue, and is the primary cause of obesity. Unfortunately, it's hard to find a product not laced with high-fructose corn syrup, aspertame (nutrasweet) or msg(monosodium glutemate) Most of us have a sweet tooth. There is an herb, Stevia, that is an effective sweetener and has no toxicity. This one diet change will have the greatest degree of results for maintaining optimum weight.

Avoid yo-yo dieting. Starving and binging puts an incredible strain on the ticker, and is a very bad habit to get into. With your doctor's guidance, maintain a weight that is right for you, and doesn't put an undue strain on your heart.

I would like to see you transfer your fear into a more proactive program of proper cardiovascular health. Good luck!
