Main nerve in the upper neck pressed between 2 vertibras, causing immense pain in the neck & arm - what to do?

Being a red cross certified life gard and cpr and first aid, if we decide you need shocked with the machine that get your heart going, we'd need to know that before we used it on you. It would kill you if we did it and you have a pacemaker.
So yes if you accidently pass out and quit breathing and need shocked to start your heart others need to know this so they can perform the right life saving technique. Make sure you wear something to let other know, they dont always have time to search med. record.

what is the possible cause of a fever in a toddler recurring in the afternoon only?

you don't have to, however if you don't, health care profs. would like to know when you first see them. if you still work, it would be to your advantage if you were dependent on it, and walked into the wrong kind of magnetic field, etc. these are the kind of things that you want to think about. my father didn't because there was a risk of getting it caught on something at work. he did ,of course, let everyone know that he had one. you cant be too careful. hope this helps you out.

i have a question?

Yes, and if you talk to you doctor about this he can give you a pamphlet with a perscription, this will save you money.
