Can you get high off of hemp lotion by burning it?

I have some friends who claimed they did, but I'm thinking they were just imagining they were. Er, hope this is the right category.

Products like that are made from hemp oil that contains so little of the drug THC, that they won't feel any high.

They would have to distill the lotion to a very fine amount. In the lotion there might be a tiny bead of THC to distill, so it would have to be better than most labs could do.
