I am a student of BSCIT in Guwahati.I am suffering from stammering problem by birth.Due to to which I faced lot of problem. I am unable to speak frequently with my friend,faculty and with anyone.As a student of BSCIT, I must be good in communication skills but this skills is just absent in me.KIndly suggest me what can I do to solve my stammering problem .

go to remote place where you can shout loudly preferabaly in early morning.try to speak or sing loudly. with repeated efforts you will find encouraging results.
a good acupuncturist can also help.
some aurvedic medicines like glicerriza and pippali,also can be tried.better take it under ayurvedic physicians supervision.

there r many classes available just find it on net just slap your self everytime you stammer! that'll fix it.. or give you a red face, but either one is good

There should be a therapist in your area to help you with speech therapy. Check it out with your school or have your doctor send you to speech therapist..

You need to join the US Armed Forces. This will get your mind off your problems. You will feel good about yourself, AND you will get to kill people.
