we were made like this. according to the Bible, we were made in God's image. maybe God had 5 fingers. plus most humans have genes that code for 6 fingers but it doesn't show...on most..

In my case..it is just another body part that gets in my way and my fingers are always in my way. They are always getting smashed or sliced. I'm a cluts if you havent noticed.

I had six fingers per hand at birth and they cut two off...unfortuntly, they cut two off the same hand, so now its 6/4...damn small town doctors.

Not to dissapoint you but our little finger and toe are slowly going away with time cause we don't use it enough. Some aliens only have 4 and even 3! Enjoy mutation and evolution man...

1. Our evolutionary ancestors had 5 fingers on each hand, and we have kept that trait because it was passed down to us. If they had six fingers, we would also have six (and would probably count in base 12). Just so happens they had five.

2. God has five fingers on each hand and he created us from dust in his own image, that's why we have five fingers.

1. Kids will take longer to learn how to write 'cos learning to hold the pencil right will take at least 1 year.

2. You might accidently eat your own fingers instead of the hotdog you're holding so preciously.

3. You'll look like a bird.

it is the planning of nature. which is very perfect.we see some people have 6 fingers. how ugly it looks. even that extra finger is of no use.

FIVE IS ENOUGH..SIX OR MORE IS NO GOOD, YOUR NOT A SCORPIONS..
