Don't be too quick to call yourself bi-polar because then you are likely to be sentanced to a life of meds. Some people just have ocassional mood swings. Be careful with that diagnoseis. Doctors are quick to diagnos it, and put you on meds. People have moods. Bi polar have extreme highs , and very low lows, like severe depression. The highs are so manic you feel like you can take on the world. You will only sleep for like 3 hours. There are self tests.
