Green Tea?


Question:
Is taking a green tea tablet like drinking green tea? Do you get all of the good health benefits from a tablet as with actually drinking it? Also, can green tea be bad for you if you drink too much of it?

Answers:
Green tea has been used for stomach disorders, vomiting, diarrhea, to prevent dental cavities, to lower cholesterol levels, as an antioxidant, to reduce cancer, and to lose weight.
Ways or ppl to not use it:heart problems or high blood pressure,
kidney disease,
an overactive thyroid (hyperthyroidism),
an anxiety or nervous disorder, or
a bleeding or blood clotting disorder or if you take a blood thinner such as warfarin (Coumadin).
But it has not been FDA approved for safety. So before use i would asl a Dr.

there is no way to prove that taking a tablet is the same as drinking it, however i find that actually drinking the tea is relaxing in itself. especially when its warm and it's raining outside.
