my contacts are ALWAYS dry as can be!?

i was born with closed tear ducts..my mom had to massage my eyes to open them up when i was a baby and now i wear contacts and they are always so dry that they get foggy..and sumtimes even dry up and fall out i tryed drops but they dont work really they just make the contact stick to my eye..i even got the good kind of contacts Acuvue..help please!?

Should I take a Valium or an Ambien.?

I've have had the same problem, and never had any good results from "Rewetting drops".
I would fill up the rewetting drops bottle with the "Cleaning Fluid.
If you live in a polluted, smokey, or dusty invironment, then the cleaning fluid (as eye drops) would probably work better for you.

I tried contacts and that same thing hapened. I had to stop wearing coontacts because my eyes don't produce enough moisture.

Try Acuvue Oasys lenses. They're new to the market and made of silicon hydrogel, which keeps the eye dry and free of protiens.

I agree with the above.. that's what I did and it worked for me.. Hope it works for you too.. just make sure you clean your contacts as often as possible.. and never sleep with it
