I am suppose to start medication, but we need to find a new psychologist or psychiatrist. But for now, I am stressed out over everything, I have had headaches and migraines straight for a week, and I think that I am going to crack! Help me!

Answers:
Try to do something to take your mind off the stress. It is good that you are keeping busy on the computer. The best things to do are those that make you think about something else. For example, now that you are on youqa.com s, you may want to answer other people's questions. That way you will focus on what you are telling them to do. You may want to try writing something. Maybe a short story or an article. I have also heard that it is good to write positive things about your life in a journal. That way, you focus on all that is good in your life. You may want to work out, or try meditation or yoga.

As far as the person who said something to hurt your feelings, just remember that often times when someone says something negative, it is because they envy you. Or because they are unhappy, and want to make everyone as unhappy as they are. Don't let them get you down. As for sleeping, try to clear your mind of all of your thoughts. Think about something that relaxes you, and focus on it. Keep up the deep breathing, while you try other remedies. Good luck!!
Go fill the tub with warm water and soak for a little while.
