Does water help your hair grow and does it help with weight loss?

the water you drink helps wth weight loss yes. but i don't think has anything to do with hair.
pretty much the more water you drink the healthier your body is so ya it does help you in maintaining a healthy weight. you are suppose to drink have your weight in ounzes a day. example a 140lbs person should drink 70 oz of water a day
It does help with weight loss. It curbs your appetite. As for hair, water is good for many things. A nice complexion is one, I would assume healthier hair would come from drinking more water as well.

Water is just good for you completely. I don't think that it actually helps your hair grow, but if you drink a lot of water it can get your body more hydrated and more healthy and a healthy body can help hair to grow a little faster and healthier looking, plus it is wonderful for your skin. If you want something to make your hair grow a little faster buy some biotin
I'm sure by flushing out the toxins in your body and improving your circulation.that it probably has a positive effect on your hair.and yeah..weightloss too
