Acne and zit problems?

Question:
What's a good way to get rid of acne and zits, WITHOUT ordering a product.

Answers:
Well wash your face with water and soap often.

Clean your hair often so no oils from your hair get on your face.

Change your pillow case often from the oils on your face.

Don't touch your face.

You can go to a supermarket and buy "Stridex Pads" by ordering I thought you meant like Pro-Active or something like that over the phone and stuff, Stridex Pads you can get at a store...

Other Answers:
Avoid fats, go for a regime, wash your face regularly with anti bacterial facewash,in 1 month it should be gone
make sure you wash your face day and night, drink LOTS of water, try not to touch your face and another thing that a lot of people don't think about is to change your pillow often case the oils from your hair and face get on it.
Never touch your face, keep your hair tucked out the way so it can't make your skin greasy, and keep your pillow case clean- some people tend to shove their faces in their pillow at night, so if you do this make sure you change the cover regularly.

Other than that, drink lots and lots of water; it really makes a difference, eat healthily, and work out the right balance your skin needs when it comes to cleansing, toning and moisturising.
Wash your face at least three times daily. Good washes to try is Olay daily face cleaning cloths, Aveeno foam cleanser. Try St. Ives Apricot scrub blemish and blackhead control at least four times a week (this stuff really works).

For current break outs apply Neosporin twice daily to help them heal.
Keep your phones clean they collect oily residue. Do you wear make up? Try different brands, stay away from foundation! Use a blush brush to apply powder and wash the brush everyday until your break outs subsides. Don't forget a light weight facial sunscreen, Olay makes some for acney prone skin.
Drink a lot of water daily. Limit dark colored sodas.

Some people do need to use antibiotics to clear up acne problems, talk to your doctor if preventive methods are not enough.

Also, Use neosporin at the first signs of a breakout.

I really hope this helps.
If you’re looking for accurate acne information, best to see a dermatologist. Some people believe doctors are predisposed to take the easy way to deal with acne… prescription drugs. But, with many, this simplistic answer may not be the appropriate course of action. Some feel that such prescription drugs just treat the symposium and not the underlying cause. But, a local dermatologist is still your best starting point.
For me personally, I discovered a great informational acne treatment site. Not only is there good information/articles but I got their audio e-book and following it’s advice can now say that my acne is a thing of the past! Keep in mind, were all different and there are various types of acne, so what works for some may not be totally effective for all.

Bottom line, hang in there, you will get past this! Sincere best wishes and good luck.
Oh, by the way the site that helped me is:
