I'm 21, should I have a will?
Question:
Answers:
If you're actually concerned about it, then YES, you should have a will. However, you should know that regarding medical care, a will won't dictate what is done or not done to help you. You'll need a living will or advance directive for that, so that you have your wishes written down ahead of time. That way, you'll have made the important decisions for yourself and all you have to worry about is finding someone to advocate for your wishes.

when you have a will you have a way
it's always good to have one. Paranoid?
If you have assests or children.yes
Yes, otherwise the govenment will try and claim all your possessions!
If you have any assests. Including children. Then, get a will.
Well, if you don't want them to have that power, write a will. It doesn't seem unreasonable.
Do you own a lot of propert or something? Well, no harm in making a will.
If you don't want your parents to have control of your estate then definitely write a will. That would be a living will? Yes. Everyone who has an interest about what happens when they are unable to make decisions should have this. I have signed my father's, as did his wife and my brother. He set forth his desires that we promised to uphold. It simplifies things for the family as well as gives you the right to decide for yourself. Otherwise, if you have a child or assets, you should see a lawyer for an estate will.
if u feel u should have a will just in case do one it doesn't hurt to be ready for anything but ur a little young for a will but anything can happen
Well, if you have things you'd like to leave to particular people, then making a will sounds sensible to me.
you may certainly want to contact your local physician or hospital to complete a living will.this prevents anyone from ressucitating or keeping you on life support should you decide that is not what you want..a regular will?.i had one drawn up shortly before the birth of my first child so that arrangements could be made for him upon my death (single mom),,,,if no children or assets are involved you wont necessarily need one Then yes, you should have one.
BTW, if you do not have one, the state makes the decisions, not your parents. At least in the US.
Make sure you keep it updated though. The person you allow to make the decision now may not be the person you want to have make it in 5 years.

You're never too young to take care of your "final arrangements". We all have to die someday, some sooner than others. Don't think that just because you're young and healthy, nothing can happen to you.look at Terri Schiavo. It's not pleasant to deal with, but it will definitely give you peace of mind.
you can have a will at any age, anything can happen beyond your control, if you have things you want other people to deal with other than your parents then you have to specify that in a will, & have it notoriced by a lawer.
death comes at any age so be prepared. Hi
hey You r young, don't think about "if something happen to me"
I think when something will happen to you, you will have the time to write your will.
have a nice day
best regards. yeah just in case but don't tell a lot of people because they will think your gonna kill yourself or something!
