Can you be overdosed from eating too much green leafy vegetables?

Question:
I want to eat as much green leafy vegtables (like broccoli leaves, spinach or lettuce) as much as I can for fiber intake. How much is too much?

Answers:
If you eat so much that you feel 'stuffed', then you've overdone it. But that's probably about as dangerous as it gets, as your body will tell you to stop. Just make sure you're getting enough carbohydrate and protein with your greens.

Other Answers:
About the only thing you need to worry about is getting to much iron from spinach. Besides that you should be fine. But make sure to eat other things because you won't get all the vitamins and minerals you need out of just veggies.
