Ohh you poor poor thing. There once was a time when I had s similar reaction to social situations. There are great medications that your doctor can recommend that will make your life allot more comfortable and enjoyable however there are a few things to remember.
#1 First of all don’t worry about what other people are thinking about you in a social situation. Try not to think about if your clothing is right if your makeup is on right or if you have food in your teeth. You have to remember that its normal and natural for people to feel this way. The only problem is that everyone experiences these tensions in different ways on different levels and with different levels of intensity. Try this, before you go into a social situation get yourself ready. Check your clothing or your makeup or whatever you feel you have to ready before you enter this social situation. And once your done your done. You have to tell yourself ok my clothing is right my makeup is right and everything is just how it should be and then LEAVE IT there. DONT catch yourself going back over things in your mind because that causes you stress level to rise. Remember once your done YOUR DONE and you dont have to worry about it anymore.
#2 Remember that the most important person that you can possibly impress is yourself. Because if you are confident in yourself other people will pick up on it and feel the same way about you.
#3 Make sure to take a deep breath and relax scientists say that a nice deep breth will oxygenate your blood stream and relax you. Take a nice deep breath while you close your eyes and count to 5 backwards while you picture your muscles relaxing all throughout your body. When you open up your eyes say to yourself OK IM DONE. Its kind of like becoming a new person for that moment in time. That way you can leave that stressed out person behind and concentrate on the you that you know is inside you but you can't always get to speak out.

Well, you probably drink a lot of caffinated drinks like colas or coffee. Stop doing that. Drink camomile tea instead. You are probably also thinking about yourself and how your are reacting to the boyfriend instead of focusing on him. Just listen to him and your nervousness will dissapate.
