Very very cold fingers...? Updated...?

Question:
Okay, always during fall and winter, my fingers become like ice. I'm being serious. Last year, I took their tempature, and it was in the high 70's I remember. Now, I could honestly care less, I never notice how cold they are. But it's just very annoying to have cold fingers... But what's weird is, they're always cold. I could be inside, nice and warm, and they're still extremely cold. Anyone have any ideas how to fix this? I'm not going to wear gloves 24/7. I just took my blood presure, and it was 125 over 71. And it said my heart rate was 81 beats per minute.. If that helps anyone.

Answers:
See your doctor. There is a syndrome (Reynauds, maybe?) that causes cold extremeties, I think from poor circulation.
Raynaud's syndrome? Do they turn blue? See a doctor about this.
