Question: I NEED TO KNOW what this is called. It is when your skin is very dry and very bumpy. It doesn't hurt. It doesn't itch. It is not eczema!!! It is not contagious. It is pretty common. WHAT IS THIS!!!!!?????? And I DON'T CARE that I posted this twice!!! I NEED TO KNOW!!!!! Sorry, I'm getting a little ticked not a good day. But what is this?
