What is the best non-medicated method to lower Cholestrol?

Question:

EFA's are sooo important. they are your good fats like flax, hemp, fish oils... huge list in all. Herbs like garlic (especially Kyolic), guggulipid, artichoke, and taking things like policosanol, phytosterols and antioxidants are extremely helpfull. Eating cholesterol does not cause cholesterol buildup - it's the refined sugars and starches that cannot be processed by the liver that have the greatest impact. When a food says cholesterol free, that DOES NOT mean that it won't effect your levels! So far, hemp seeds and their oil seem to be showing the biggest impact to cholesterol problems that I have seen yet - and they taste great, have NO THC, improve digestion, circulatory, weight loss... and on and on! Good luck!
Eat lots of oatmeal! Oatmeal is the best natural way to lower cholesterol. Eat a low-fat diet, lots of fish, very little red meat. Check out websites on heart disease and cholesterol control.
