Broken Nose (after 6 weeks)?

Question:

hi all, i'm unsure which forum to post this in but just a question here.

i broke my nose 6 weeks ago today, the specialist put my nose straight (and did a great job), but a week or so after this i noticed A LITTLE bump at the right hand side of my nose, my bone on the right-hand side of my eyesocket seems a little swollen than the other side too.

now i know i probably am doing the wrong thing, but i keep pushing on it - most people tell me they cannot tell what i'm on about, but I CAN see it if you know what i mean? (i knew what it looked like before)

i'm just wondering is it natural that there could still be swelling around?/if so will my nose go back into the shape it supposed to be?

stop poking pushing and anything else you are doing, let the swelling go down, which it won't will you keep prodding then look see if there is a difference

Listen as a nurse I wouldn't be messing with it at all for one thing you could have pushed something out of place or reinjured yourself but anyway if it keeps bothering you go back to the doctor and let them know what is wrong with it and maybe even another x-ray need to be done
