Persimmon leaf tea.
You harvest the leaves off of a persimmon tree when the leaves are young and still fresh , in the spring. Dry them and then crush them into pieces and, using coffee filters, make tea bags out of them. Add one of these tea bags to your regular amount of tea bags every day when you make a pitcher of iced tea or a pot of hot tea or simply use some of the crused leaves with other dried teas in a tea ball. The leaves are odor-, taste- and colorless and thus totally undetectable with other teas ( or coffee if you sprinkle it in with your ground coffee ) . But the health benefits are through the ROOF!!

Figure it this way;
Rosehips are rull of vitamin c .
A half dozen rosehips are equal to several oranges.
A Tablespoon ( heaping ) of dried persimmon leaves is equal to about a half a cup of rosehips.


Anyone care for a few pounds of oranges worth of vitamin c? AND all the anti oxidants that are included with it?

I have been taking this stuff for years and I do not suffer the minor colds and sniffle-snotty noses that everyone else always has. Even when in elementary and high school, I didn't come home with all the cold and sicknesses that had everyone else home in bed all the time. Nope. I was fine and dandy. And every spring, I was out harvesting three our four sappling persimmon trees of their leaves. Where I live, the trees are EVERYWHERE, so it wasn't any big deal. Check your local health food store for the stuff.
I use baby oil on my skin instead of tanning oil - when out in the sun (sun lotion) not an option - firm believer in Vitamin D.. lol.. baby oil.. gives you a deep beautiful bronze tan.. without any pain or winkles..
