Cover your windows to make it dark in your room. Sometimes I have to take a Goody's P.M. but I don't recomend it(Goody's is bad for the stomach) read or watch t.v.

I covered my windows with heavy sheets.
Just keep at it, everyone has a "Circadian Rhythm", which makes them feel tired in the afternoon and energetic in the morning. However that is entirely based on experience, your Circadian Rhythm will eventually change.
And until then, have someone punch you as hard as they can
What I did was make sure the room is nice and dark and noise is kept out. If you can't help the noise (got kids, live by the tracks, etc) turn on the radio or listen to a cd that will drown out the noise.You can actually play acd that u really love over and over again and it won't keep u awake after a while. Tell people that u sleep in the day and dont allow visits or calls then. use thick upholstery material, and close out all light. make room as dark as possible.it also helps cut down on utility bills, because of insulation factor.
in a hot day stay in a cool room, on a cold day stay in a warm room
put some dark sheets on your windows. it will make it seem like it is dark out.
