Anger management.?

Anyone have any tricks to help me with anger managment? IM DESPERATE!

I went back and looked at your recent questions, and in response to both suggest you check out the symptoms link at www.hufa.org.

If you have a low blood sugar condition, that would explain your two problems (and possibly any others).

In the short term, if you feel yourself getting angry, remove yourself from the situation until you feel calmer. If you can, take yourself to the kitchen and open a can of tuna or salmon and make yourself a sandwich with butter (not margerine) or mayonnaise, and about 8-16 ounces of water. In about 15-30 minutes you should feel more under control.

Ask your doctor for a fasting blood insulin test. If it is higher than 10 (in the USA, anyway) then you may have low blood sugar or one of the other pre-diabetic syndromes that may cause anger management problems.
