Oddish symptoms...?

Question:
Yea...So...This is slightly embarrassing and all, but I just don't know what these feelings and stuff i'm having could be, and i'm confused...Sooo..Here's the symptoms. (I AM a slight hypocondriac sometimes I think, soooo...)

Constipation
Head pain on occasion, really sharp pain, like I have a soft spot T_T
Eating more than usual

I'm slightly freaked out because for whatever reason, I think I might be pregnant, but I didn't miss my period last month, and I haven't had sex or anything in a while, so pregnancy is impossible really...But my stomach feels kinda...Harder than usual I think...I DON'T KNOW..Ugh. It's frustrating, and it all has me in a mix and agravated..

What in the world could be wrong with me? I also fear cancer T_T Someone try to help me...

Lol.

Answers:
your stomach is distended if you are constipated. Try increasing your fiber intake- greens, oatmeal, etc, to help that situation. You can also buy over the counter meds such as Citrucel, Senakot or Milk of Magnesia. But that wouldn't cause headache. That may be from just stress. Try a heat pad on your neck to ease tension. If it is in frontal area of head, it may be due to poor eyesight. Eating more than usual could be stress also. Those are the best scenarios. Of course for every symptom there are scary ones but I won't get into those. If these things carry on, you should see your Dr. Hope you feel better soon :) Here is a website you can check out your symptoms also - www.webmd.com. It is great.
Well, to start, your stomach would feel harder if you are constipated. And stress can cause you to eat more than usual, so if you are stressing about this whole thing, that may be what is actually making you eat more. Not sure about the headaches...again, maybe due to stress?
