A good healthy, balanced meal. High proteins and good carbs (like veggies and whole grains and fruits), low sugars. Then when you are done, eat a light meal with lots of veggies, easy on the protiens.
Eat lightly... if you eat too much, it will send your bady into shock during your fast. Don't eat too much the day after your fast either, it's not good to switch from not eating to eating a whole lot too rapidly. I'd say eat things that are sustaining, but not too filling: fruit, salad, soy protein, etc.
