I answered you first on your second question then I saw this ...I am so sorry that your father felt he could or should say such a hurtful untrue thing to you. I hope that he understands how very disrespectful that type of comment is and how detrimental it can be to a young girl who hasn't even begun to grow. If this had been said by a boy friend I would suggest you dump his ignorant a s s as soon as possible but you cant' dump your dad...try to educate him on how wrong those comments are and that attitude is. He should never had said anything so cruel...be a better person.
It depends on your height mostly. You're father shouldn't be telling you that you're overweight it could lead to eating disorders and mental issues in the future.
You're still young. Eat healthy foods and be active. Do it for you and your health, not anyone else.
there is no certain weight for a certain age. it goes by height. if you are very tall and muscualr than you should weigh one thing versus someone who is short and weak. if you fell uncomfortable with your body then lose weight the healthy way but if you are not than dont worry about it.
ask your doctor what the ideal weight is for someone your height and if you feel that you are slightly over weight, ask him or her how you can lose it a healthy way
First of all, it would depend on how tall you are. I can tell you, I was about 110 when I was 16, and was I was 5'4" and by no means fat. Your body frame is a factor too.
At 13, you are going through a lot of changes, physically and emotionally. Your father or any parent should never tell their child they are fat, especially at your age.
