pen cover stuck in vagina. help!!!!!!!!?

Question: how do i get it out? its made of plastic and has a metal side thing on it(the thing u use to put in ur shirt pocket). it hurt like hell when i tried to get it with my fingers and now its gone further inside.

yeah i know i shudnt have done that but wat do i do now? if i go to the hospital how long wud i have to be there?
