watch television until your tired or read.

watch something really boring on tv or read. Read. The words of the magazine, book, etc., no matter how interesting, almost always help me to rest easier.

Pray without moving lips tongue or any other part of speaking mechanism.
This works for everyone.

tylenol pm

It depends. There is a lot of work that can be done until I get tired again, so I might get up and read. If it is later, I will turn over and concentrate on relaxing my feet, calves, legs, back, arms and neck. By the time my neck is relaxed, I am nearly asleep
