What is the best way to go to bed. I can't SLEEP!?

I have a sleep disorder and have lived with it all my life....I try different things different nights. It is an endless battle. My tendency is to sleep in the daytime, and I appear to lack an inner clock that tells me I'm fried & need to get myself to bed. I truly feel for you...ad I wish you the best with getting a good night's sleep....every night!
