What is the recovery time for meniscus tear surgery and what is the rehab?

Question:

Answers:
My husband "recovered" very quickly from the surgery, about a month and the marks were pretty much gone, but he was IMMEDIATELY able to walk much better, with less pain. Now he walks quite well. He just can't run or stay crouched down for long...though I've seen him do both extensively, seemingly without any pain.

At my husband's therapy sessions, he rode a stationary bike, did several exercises, they do some knee exercises with a gentle current running through the knee (from electrotrodes). He was given a sheet of paper with other exercises to do at home, like leg lifts of several kinds.
What did the doctor tell you, moron??
