Fast way for an incision to heal?

Question: I had ankle surgery on April 21. My incison, for the most part,healed nicely, except there is a section about less than a quarter inch big that does not want to heal. It scabs over, the times I have removed the scab, my wound is still fresh underneath, I clean it, it scabs again, but it won't heal!!! The last time I went for my check up my Dr discharged me, and he saw my small scab and he said it wasn't infected, but didnt understand why it hadn't healed. That was over a month ago. Does anyone have any home remedies? I have tried pure honey and nothing, and medicines etc. What should I do?
