This is pretty common. Its called orthostatic hypotension. A fancy name that means when you get up quickly from a lying position your blood pressure drops resulting in a dizzy or light-headed feeling. This is sometimes caused by blood pressure or heart medications. Pain killers can also cause blood pressure to drop. If your blood pressure is normally on the low side, the quick change in position can also cause you to feel dizzy. When youget up sit on the side of the bed until the dizziness subsides, then stand up slowly. If you feel like you may still faint, sit back down until you get your bearings.
Go to your Dr. I had the same thing. I have Vertigo. They
can give you medicine for it. But you need to have a Dr.
find what is wrong. Don't listen to me. Only the part about the Dr.
