why do my thighs itch when i run for a while.?

Question:
is it the salt and other impurities leaving my body?

Answers:
No. The blood circulation increases to your thighs when you run for a while. This causes them to itch.

Other Answers:
It could also be what kind of material you wear while running. If it's anything static then you'll feel itchy

I am not a doctor, but I asked the same question of a trainer at a health club and was given the following answer.
The main reason is that when you exert muscles that have not been used recently, the little blood vessels in your legs called capillaries expand and start to fill with blood, bringing oxygen to the muscles. The expansion, flooding and blood flow in these blood vessels will make your legs itch. Run through it and the itch will subside after a short while.
