well i can't speak for women.. but i can tell you the answer for men. they should have sex at least once a day. why? it adds up to 10.5 years to your life time, cleans ya "you know what", and prevents a certain virus from entering from the hole in the "you know what". so really like i just said, go for at least once a day. if you try once a week. it will only add up to 5.2.3 years to your life time. if you start at 12.(like me(masurvasting)), it will kick in(every day style), start at 15+, it will never work.
