I generate a lot of heat, when my boyfriend lays by me in bed he gets really hot just laying next to me. When we hold hands my hands sweat more than the normal person because they are so hot. What is the cause of this?

Not sure, but i'm guessing it's normal, my wife is the same way, she's burning hot i have to sleep with the fan on. Drink more water i guess.

It means your body uses more energy, and the by-product of burning fuel is heat. You have a good metabolism (either that or your heart rate is too fast, which I would get checked out). Sexual arousal from both of you guys.

omg girl! you are not alone. i freeze my boyfriend out sometimes and im still hot. wish i had an answer for it but i don't. when i sleep is the worst i wake up an I'm all sweaty like i just worked out and my boyfriend is covered up with a big blanket.

High metabolism and good circulation

My current and ex boyfriend was the same way, they sweat like crazy and especially way more at night! I wouldn't think that there is anything physically wrong with you or that it is because you are both sexually aroused. Like others have said it's probably just a high metabolism, which is a good thing! Also, not sure how old you are, but does it get worse after a night of drinking? (Cause for both of the guys i knew it was always worse after a few drinks). One way your body detoxics is by sweating. If you putting alot of toxins in, a good way to help your liver get them out is supplementing with milk thistle and drink alot of water.

Don't worry its normal. I have noticed the older I get (41) the less heat I produce. Sometimes drinking alcohol makes it worse. Just sit back and enjoy holding hands under a fan.
