What are Causes/ Factors for gall bladder problems?

Question:

Answers:
I had my gall bladder taken out a year or two ago. I felt as though I had indigestion very, very frequently. I had to stick my finger down my throat, but I vomited some phlegm a couple times. The indigestion like feeling occurred just below where my bottom ribs meet. This was my ailment when saw my doctor, and gall bladder trouble was the diagnosis.
It seems to me doctors dont really know. I was told that my attack was do to too low fat diet. So what the heck, then another doctor says that too high fat. Well I know that wasnt true because I eat only very low fat. So now I try to incorporate more fat in my diet and in the process I am gaining weight. I only eat healthy fat as suggested but I am just gaining weight so I dont know what the heck.
