Get some sweet oil. 2 drops will do. You can also, if you know a smoker, have them slowly blow smoke from a cigarette in your ear, then put in a cotton ball. The warmth from the smoke will ease the ear pain. sounds funny, but it works.
Most likely you have or soon will have a perforated eardrum. You really should see a DR. for an antibiotic. This is not a OTC cure kinda thing, unless you want to take a chance with your hearing
