I'm starting to think it's possible. *Yawn* I think after people retire, if they don't find something to keep themselves interested in life, they can go downhill very quickly. So yes, I guess in a sense, it is possible.

i really dont know i suppose u could did u hear about the lady who rotted to her sofa because she just stayed there all day after she gave up work she litterally rotted into it had maggots eating her skin and then her skin was sticking to the materiel of the sofa ! dunno if it was bordom or just bone idle lol

I think that extreme boredom could lead to a loss of the will to live which in turn could lead to thoughts of ending ones own life! Yes, it is in fact what my last slave died of, boredom and underwork.

Sure---Boredom is closely related to grief in my way of thinking. When a person loses a spouse, a lot of times they die not long after. Which also can be from that very reason.
