Having trouble sleeping?


Question:
I have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. What can i do to halep me sleep better so i am not always so tired. Someone please help me!!

I do yoga at night before bed. I find it very relaxing. Sometimes I get so relaxed and sleepy , I can't finish yoga and fall asleep. Try laying on the floor with your arms spread out to your side. Put your legs on the couch and scoot your butt up to the bottom of the couch ( so you look like the shape of a Z). Take deep breaths in through your nose, first extending your abdomen, then your chest, then your shoulders (upper chest and lungs). Try to hold for a few seconds and release, repeat. That way you aerate your entire lung and get rid of the stale air. I also use an eye pillow that smells like lavender. For me, this is the most relaxing thing I have ever done, I usually fall asleep. Yes I always do, I worry about everything ! Bills, child, etc. I take an over the counter sleeping/pain (for my headache too) pill everynight to help me sleep. I also use a sound machine, fan, and sleep mask to help me. Then I also try to clear my mind of those things that bother me so I can sleep. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. If I was wealthy I wouldn't worry about things so much.
Take sufficiant Ca, or Antianxiety, or just don't worry.
well dear to be frank you have got a severe insomnia problem or the major problem could be your anxiety you are going through don't mind me saying but rather than going to a normal doctor try to get in touch with a counsellor or a psychiatrist such specialist can only help you better sought out your problem if you don't want to go try to meditate with some soothing songs that will make you sleep longer but it will take time and practice to cure this to some extent
