dunno the figures on the top of my head, but read this book called "the next trillion" by Paul Zane Pilzer... it talks about the boom of the health and wellness industry in the 21st century as opposed to its predecessor, the medical (read: sickness) industry. a must read if you want to be rich and healthy.
if you just want a summary, ask your local bookstore if they have Paul Zane Pilzer's talk "The Next Trillion" on CD. this stuff is gold, so do look for it.
