What is the best way to build up the immune system to become a 100%?

I haven't been feeling too well and I just go a great job. Plus I can't afford to call in sick as I really am in a bind for increasing my income. I would like to be 100% at work and plus my mood hasn't been so great, Kinda depressed and stressed and a bit of irritation. I am not usually like that. I am usually a pretty low key and down to earth personality. Alot of things I just don' t let bother me. But lately I've been not myself.

Acidophilus in the truck loads! Within the last month I had strep throat (severe), a UTI and a kidney infection (hospitalized for it). My immune system was shot! I took vitamin c, and acidophilus (at least 8 pills of acidohilus per day, and 2,000 mg. of vitamin c) everyday, and I recovered beautifully without any antibiotics. I had been off of the acidophilus for a few months, and that's when I started noticing my body was getting sick more often. Acidophilus replaces bad bacteria in your system so that you can fight off infections should you start to get sick. U need to continuously take it for at least a few months so that your body can return to normal. You can buy it in the refrigerated section at any health store. Healthy eating also plays a big part in your overall health. Eat lots of veggies, cut out red meat for a while, and drink tons of water! Make sure to take a multivitamin to boost energy, and cut out caffeine, sugar, etc., anything that would be harmful to your immune system. You should see drastic improvements after 1 week.
