I have this weird bump on my leg?

It is not a bruise, and i just got it yesterday. It's about a size of a nickel. When you touch it, it sorta hurts. It does not hurt a lot, only sometimes. When it does hurt, its not the bruise type of hurt, its more like a sting. I know that this big bump came from a smaller one. There has always been 2 strange little small bumps on my leg before. Well, its not really bumps, but its more like a water filled sack with 2 marbles inside. You can feel it, but you cant move it! Is it a tumor or is something wrong with my skin/bone?

Go see a Doctor, the last guy I knew who had a strange bump on his leg died from cancer. Why take a chance, get it checked out.

You won't get an accurate diagnosis here. It's probably nothing serious, but It obviously concerns you, so by all means go see a doctor. Someone I know had a bump on his leg for years and just lived with it. Then one day he broke his leg just walking down three steps.
