A few months back I posted a question on numbness in my right wrist and arm. totally lost all from wrist to?

about 4 inches to the elbow. you can stick me with a needle and i do not feel it. you can grab and squeeze it and it will put me in tears as its a horrible pain and bad burning that will last about 2 hrs. after you have squeezed it. i know your all going to say go to the doctor been there done that they dont seem to have a clue. they ruled out corpal tunnel and said maybe could be a pinch nerve. now i know there are test to find out for sure but those were just to expensive. just wondering if anyone has had any thing similar to this happen to them or someone they know. and no i cant pick up anything over about 3lbs with my right hand as i drop it . like the hand goes limp. no swelling no fever.. it is often cold as ice. the only way i can describe the feeling is like a limb asleep for a long time and you touch it but dont really feel real . any info you have i would appreicate. im working on my own studies trying to figure this out.. thanks in advance

Well, the only two thoughts I had was carpal tunnel or a pinched nerve. It is good that they have ruled out carpal tunnel, but you are right, tracking down the nerve could be tricky and costly. I have a suggestion that you might not have thought of... I would suggest an alternative medicine route. The two people that I would suggest is a chiropractor and an acupuncturist.

Sounds like nerve damage, see a doctor.
