What should I do if I have knee pain?

Question:
On my left knee I have pain on the side of the knee. On the top of the skin is numb and I can't put any pressure on the side. If I do then it is excruciating pain. I cannot put any weight on it when I get up of the floor or get down on the floor. What could be the cause of this and should I go to the doctor? I have not injured my knee either. I thought it might be my weight but I only weigh @ 160 pounds.

Answers:
you need to see a doctor now you may have a tear. It also can be a form of tendinitis and anti-inflammatory will take care of that. Put ice on your knee until you can see a doctor 30 minutes at a time.

You may have twisted it and damaged a ligament. If it does not swell-up and look inflamed that may well be all it is, just go gently and only exercise it lightly. If it persists or swells after 2-3 days go to Dr

bull rider often injure the knees but do not realize until later you may have done something that made it hurt but not very bad so did not give it much thought like a bull rider they will fall knee will feel sore but not bad acl do not all ways hurt like hell. sore is if it does not interfere with your life hurt is if it does the sooner you go to a doctor the better you will be in the long run
