I have a few what looks like pimples on my breast,Im almost on menstration?

Just leave them alone. You can get pimples on your breast. And yes usually with your period. If you want you can go to the dermatologist so you don't scar, and get some cream.

Is it actually on the nipple? It may just be swelling. If its other places on your breast and doesnt go away days after your period then maybe she the doc. Research on the net first.
