See a speech therapist.
A speech therapist can help you alot. It's called "stuttering". My younger sister had this problem, and speech therapy resolved the issue for her.
Make an appointment with a speach therapist.
try a speach therapist. My son has autism an d learning to talk has been hard but with someone whom is experianced makes all the differance in the world
I'm not really sure by you description what communication disorder you may have here. There are, however, speech pathologists out there who I'm sure would be able to help you with some techniques to overcome this issue for yourself.

Good Luck.
People who are older would take a longer time to cure it compared to kids but if you're patient enough then you'll see the difference.

My advice: Go see a therapist and a spelling teacher.
My God and my Lord Jesus Christ can fix anything and everything. One of my son's had a speech, stuttering (symptoms of turret's syndrome)problem, until we started going to a faith based Word of God church and he got filled with the holy spirit. He talks just great now. The bible tells us we are redeemed from the curse of the law (that's to help with your ID), and that by the stripes Jesus took on his back we are healed from any and all sickness and disease. It also says that no weapon formed against us shall prosper, and many many other great promises. If you really want to be cured, turn to the creator and fixer, give your life to him, and see just how awesome life can be when you walk with God!
Along time ago I knew a father and son who had a speech problem and they both spoke alike.
the mother and sisters didn't have the same speech pattern.
I had a speech problem from a stroke,I couldn't speak at all or say what I knew should be it like fence, rake, car etc.
I had alot of therapy with people showing me cards, making me say the word and if I was wrong they would correct me,it took awhile but it worked,I'm sure speech therapy could help you, nothing to lose only to gain, find a good place and give it a try.
good luck.
p.s. get a recorded tape that tells the sounds and practice them til you get them.
