cos when you are at work, your whole body is in motion asin your brain,blood,and the entire body are also at work and when you take a leave and probably want to go home and have fun like watching movies all dy then you tend to be sick because you are no longer doing what you normally used to do. i think this should answer your question.
It is strange, you are entitled however to claim holiday back if your ilness began after the start of your vacation.
