how effective is the NICORETTE GUM?

Question: I want to become pregnant and have been smoking for 13 years, though quit for one year while pregnant with my son. I quit cold turkey then since I was pregnant (and I would not have smoked while pregnant!). Now I am not pregnant (yet) and am scared I will relapse. Has anyone had any luck with this? I bought some today and it is expensive, so I assume it must work.....any advice you can give would be much appreciated....thank you sooo much!

My sweet lady. You don't need to waste your money. If you did it cold Turkey once you can do it again. I so much encourage you to stop smoking for the rest of your life. The trick is when you feel you want to smoke or you just have to smoke or you will go nuts. Okay, that's the truth. But the secret is don't ever LIE to your self about smoking. Tell your self yes I want to smoke but for now I choose not to smoke and then drink some water. Do that every time and you will be amazed how good you will feel and always tell yourself the truth. Did you know that when you hold a smoke in your hand and put it up to your lips and take that drag, that my sweet lady makes you look UGLY, and your face will look like rubber after smoking for so many years, That is if you live long enough. Think about that. You are beautiful stay that way by not smoking. You really do know the answer to your own question don't you. Love yourself and love God.
