I need to know about personal experiences with Pituitary tumors and treatments?

Hi my name is Mandy Im 27 years old. I have just recently been diagnosed a second time around with Pituitary Tumor and I really need to know of other peoples experiences with it and there outcome after surgery. Thank You!

Are they scheduling you for surgery? My daughter was diagnosted a year and a half ago with a pituitary tumor but since it is no secreting and hasnt increased in size they are just monitoring it and not really planning on doing anything with it at this time.
Her endocrinologist has told us that many people go through life with a Pituitary tumor and never know it. Most are found through MRI's for other problems.
Good luck with this and if you have questions, make sure you ask your doctor exactly what you want to know and if he doesnt give you the answer, keep at it until you get an answer.
