How exactly do men become women and vice versa? I am not judging or condenming, I am really curious. Is it possible for them to have sex after they become women, and if so how does this work? Does anyone know?

For a man to become a women what they do is kinda like a reverse. they cut off the penis and invert the skin into the body to create a vigina. they dont have a period or cant have kids but it looks pretty damn close. (i watch discovery channel)
