Do changes in weather effect your energy levels?

Weather changes do affect us....atmospheric pressure...humidity..all of these.

We have all heard of weather bones....and they are just that. With a change in atmospheric pressure...and, for me, particularly changes that signal ...depressions...tropical....I walk thru mush, ache, have headache, and zero energy. Once atomospheric pressure lightens up, I feel much better.

Our age affects us too, as do general physical and emotional health.
The cooler weather in the Fall gives me more energy...but the lessening light (esp when the time changes in Oct) causes me to want to go to bed earlier because it's dark when I get off work at 5pm.

Cloudy days, especially several in a row, can leave me feeling a little low energy or almost glum...
I know it affects me. When it is bright and sunny out I feel like getting up early and starting my day. I love to be outside even when it isn't real warm. Fall is my favorite season.

But when it is raining and cold, I become rather lazy and somewhat depressed. Just that dreariness in the weather makes me want to stay inside and curl up on the couch and watch movies.

We all know sunbathing is not recomended these days, but sunshine is so ... The darker the skin you have, the more sun you need to get enough Vit D. ...

Yes. When it is cooler I am more productive. Also when it is cooler I am more likely to be in a down mood.
