You weigh about twice as much as you should being your age and height. You should lose a reasonable 100 lbs. to get yourself back to a healthier state of being. It's not going to happen over night and you must change your dietary intake. eat less fats (avoid all trans fats because they add on some serious pounds) and eat more natural foods, such as fruits and vegetables without additives. It will definately take time, but do it while you're young and you have the summer to focus on it.

Consult Weightwatchers, your local health unit, free clinic, or ask your parents to take you to a doctor or nutritionist. Next time you get teased here's a comeback: I can lose weight but you'll always be ugly. go here and type in your height and body weight.. play with the numbers until it hits normal or right above it that is how much you will have to loose but that is an average.. you will prob look fine even if you arent in the normal range. good luck..

Yes, need to lose quite a bit of weight! 140 lbs may bee the ideal; but get Real. Go work on reducing to 200 lbs first by taking action - the gym is a pretty good place to start.
Oh, avoid those oily and fried foods. Eat more vegetables and fruits instead of red meat. Eat balanced meals too.
